ABOUT BROADCASTING

FROM PLAYER TO PUNDIT TO PRODUCTION

The path from player to pundit is well-trodden but not many if any have taken to it with the vim, vigour and success that Gary has, turning himself into arguably the country’s leading pundit on all things football.

Typical of Gary not to stop there, his experience in front of and behind the cameras at Sky Sports gave him the urge to create his own programmes, resulting in the co-founding of his own Production Company, Buzz 16 and several award-winning programmes, watched by millions of people worldwide.

Sky Sports

Gary joined Sky Sports in 2011 following his retirement from playing football and after a famously nervous start interviewing Roberto Mancini, built himself into a multiple award winning broadcaster.

The Overlap

The Overlap is the place to Gary interview some of the biggest names in sport and beyond. Productions include the Overlap YouTube channel and the Overlap Live.

SoccerBox

Gary sits down and interviews former teammates and some of his most famous opposition, to reflect and provide insight on their career, their most memorable matches and those moments of magic and sometimes, of madness.
