Channel 4 To Join Gary Neville’s new office development in Manchester

Channel 4 is to open an office for 100 people in Manchester in the St Michael’s development, currently being built by Gary Neville’s property business Relentless.

The move is part of Channel 4’s “Fast Forward strategy” to get out of its London base in order to “represent and champion” the whole of the UK.

The new office will be located in St Michael’s alongside Hill Dickinson, Pinsent Masons, flex space operator Gilbanks and the luxury hotel operator W Hotels.

Most recently UK tech giant Arm said it too was going to expand its presence in Manchester city centre with the largest lease deal in the city to move into three floors at the £400m landmark development – and the largest in the city in two years.
