×On June 5th, the Stock Exchange Hotel will open its doors to Tender run by Michelin-star Chef Niall Keating.
Niall is one of one of the youngest awarded two-time Michelin star chefs and I’m excited to be bringing this venture to life alongside Niall and his team.
The brasserie has been named after the “Tender” care put into crafting each dish and is a nod to the heritage of the Stock Exchange Hotel. Tender will serve 'gourmet food for everyday dining.'
In addition to the main dining room will be 'The Bank', a private space for up to 12 guests.
