St Michael's Manchester Is Now Fully Let

Gary's development of St Michael's Manchester is now fully let.

It’s the first time in 15 years that a speculative office building of this scale in Manchester has been fully let prior to completion and Gary couldn’t be prouder.

We set off on this journey nearly three years ago. When you haven't got a tenant in place, you dream of fully letting the building before you've finished but you never think it's going to happen so it's amazing to achieve this.
